RockHealth.org is an incredible organization doing groundbreaking work in digital health to empower innovators to address healthcare inequities. I had the opportunity to present my one-minute innovation at their recent 2021 Rock Health Summit, along with nine other leaders with inspiring visions that reach far and wide. When we think about innovation, it’s tempting to think of it from a top-down approach, leading from power and authority. But my innovation urges us to consider what matters most, and what ultimately proves most effective, when we seek to heal our communities.

There are considerable challenges facing healthcare delivery on so many levels, and it is more crucial than ever to consider the spirit in which any healthcare leader approaches the communities we seek to serve and heal.
